Interoperability Advancements for the DoD
Thunderdome is the Defense Information Systems Agency’s implementation of a Zero Trust security model at the enterprise level. It assumes the network is already compromised, centers cybersecurity around data protection, and emphasizes strong identity & access management controls. DISA’s pilot and other transaction authority runs through January.
