
DSC Webinar Series: Defining Digital (Digital Transformation vs. Modernization)
Join the Digital Services Coalition as we kick off a new educational series to create a shared language between government and industry.

The DSC is excited to launch a new educational series intended to define and demystify common digital service terms and concepts in order to highlight what industry best practices are and how they can be implemented successfully in government environments.
The first webinar will be a panel of government and industry experts discussing and defining Digital Transformation vs. Modernization. Often, these terms are used interchangeably, but they actually have very different applications. This panel will have experts who have a understanding of how both are defined and applied in various government areas.
Following the webinar, the information will be summarized and a workshop will be held in April to draft a working definition, success metrics, and evaluation concepts for both the terms.
Participants attending just the webinar or just the workshop will earn a certificate for 1 Continuous Learning Point (CLP) or Continuing Education Unit (CEU). Participants in this webinar, the follow-on workshop, and review the end training materials that result from the workshop – participants can earn 5 total CLPs/CEUs.
This event is free to DSC members & government with a valid email. Public or General admission fee is $25 to cover event administration.
