What is FLETC?

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is a division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that provides training to federal, state, local, tribal, and international law enforcement agencies. FLETC delivers standardized and specialized training programs in areas such as firearms, investigations, cybersecurity, counterterrorism, and defensive tactics.

FLETC serves as the primary training hub for over 90 federal law enforcement agencies, including the Secret Service, U.S. Marshals Service, and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
