DESCRIPTION:Renee Lizear   is with the Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, Student Experience and Aid Delivery (SEAD) Product Management Group (PMG). Her time in government spans 18 years and has ranged from working in a call      center outsourced by DOE, Strategic Planning & Quality Improvement  with the Health Resources Services Administrations, and a variety of roles  within Federal Student Aid. While with FSA she has served as the Free      Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Test lead, Mobile App Team lead, FAFSA System Integrator, Senior Advisor and is currently serving as  the Acting Director to the Product Management Group (PMG)\nThis session with Ms. Lizear will educate the audience on the agency’s efforts to improve the Student Aid experience, their product focused journey, how the agency has navigated recent challenges and adventures related to the FSA’s COVID-19 flexibilities, and what’s next on the horizon at FSA.\nThis program is being planned by the Department of Education Federal Insights Exchange (FIE) planning team.\nREGISTER HERE ( https://www.actiac.org/act-iac-event/federal-insights-exchange-session-feat-department-education-0 )\n
